Triumph has unveiled two new models, the Tiger Explorer and the high-specification new Speed Triple R.
The Tiger Explorer is powered by an all-new 1215cc three-cylinder engine producing a class-leading 135bhp. Cruise control, switchable traction control and switchable ABS are all standard on the adventure touring bike.
Rider and pillion comfort are at the heart of the Tiger Explorer’s philosophy. The rider position is highly adjustable, from a tall and commanding 860mm seat height down to a low of 810mm (with low accessory seat fitted), with both the screen and handlebars adjustable to suit individual rider preferences.
Available in a choice of three colours — Sapphire Blue, Graphite and Phantom Black — Triumph will confirm the price in January.
The Triumph Speed Triple R comes resplendent with iconic Öhlins forks, developed especially for the new Speed Triple R, plus track-developed Pirelli Supercorsa SP rubber.
Powering the Speed Triple R is Triumph’s potent 1050cc three-cylinder engine, producing an impressive 133bhp.
Paint options include metallic Phantom Black or Crystal White, with subtle details like the R branded tapered black alloy bars, carbon fibre radiator, mudguard and tank covers, unique decals and red coloured subframe. Again the price will be confirmed in January.
