Hankook, already the sole tyre supplier to the DTM (German Touring Car Championship), has confirmed it will also exclusively supply tyre to the European Formula 3 Championship.
Both championships start ton April 28/29 at Hockenheim in Germany, and both titles have previously been won by Scotland’s Paul di Resta, now a Formula One racer with Sahara Force India.
Cars in the Euro F3 Series will all be fitted with Hankook’s high-performance Ventus racing tyres.
“After having been chosen as the exclusive tyre partner for DTM, we are delighted to now also become the tyre partner to the most important junior series in European motorsport, the Formula 3 Euro Series,” Manfred Sandbichler, director of motorsport for Hankook Tire Europe, said.
“Supporting young talent in motorsport is very important to Hankook, and we are excited to provide the young talent in the Formula 3 Euro Series with our successful Ventus race tyres.

May 20 — Brands Hatch, England;
June 3 — Red Bull Ring, Austria;
July 1 — Norisring, Germany;
August 19 — Nürburgring, Germany;
August 26 — Zandvoort, Holland;
September 30 — Valencia, Spain;
October 21 — Hockenheimring, Germany.
