The renowned Michelin CrossClimate range has extended with the introduction of the new Michelin CrossClimate Agilis – specially designed for vans.
Similar to its 4×4 and car tyre equivalents, the CrossClimate Agilis has been developed to deliver safety in every weather condition and is approved for use in winter conditions.
The newest edition to the CrossClimate range takes the lead when it comes to dry road braking thanks to its grip maximising tread –
which maximises indentation in the ground whatever the temperature.
The tyre features a unique V-shape tread pattern ensures best possible clearance of water and snow and helps to increase the best possible traction on different terrains such as snow, gravel, grass etc. The CrossClimate Agilis is also designed to feature full-depth sides with sharp edges to ensure long-lasting clawing effects.
Michelin have constructed the Agilis CrossClimate tyres with unique kerbing protection derived from innovative truck tyre technology – to aide against potential sidewall damage.
The Head of Michelin’s Fleet in the UK and Ireland, Jonathan Layton, describes the CrossClimate Agilis as “a highly capable tyre that can handle the demands of safe driving on wintry surfaces, mud and grass, but still behaves, brakes and boasts the long-lasting performance of Michelin’s summer tyre range on dry and wet roads.”
The Michelin CrossClimate Agilis is available in over 20 sizes – to fit 15”-16” size wheels – with speed ratings in R, S, and T.
